October 14, 2003 Isn't it funny how post-it notes never REALLY stay stuck for long? Do you have to glue them on to the computer screen or something? Just to make them stay so when you actually remember to look at the post-its... they haven't fallen off on the floor, and you haven't trodden on them and waltzed them all round the house. Thats another thing, whats the point of post-its if you don't actually remember to look at them? Or is that just me? Great day at college today... not. I may be getting kicked out of IT.. oh joy. Apparently I haven't handed in the work, balls. I didn't know it was ment to be in today. Yes it's my fault for not having the work anyway.. but still, my teacher came down on me pretty hard. Moaning at why I'm always late. I can't help it! It's the busses fault! Crappy public transport isn't what it once was... but no, she doesn't buy that. Stoopid staff. I'm not particually concerned about college anymore, it can burn in hell for all I care... Im just worried about my parents. If they find out, they'll demand I leave college (as, lets face it, I won't get into an IT Degree by just studying Law now will I) and get a job. A full time job. I DON'T THINK SO! I've made up my mind. If the education system sucks - whoops, sorry.. fails me - then I'll ask my Manager at the Off Lisence to make me a Trainee Deputy Manager, and, slowly but surely, climb the ranks of that. Maybe some day I'll manage my own branch (ooooo - yes, sarcasim). |
