August 26, 2002 Ok, I woke up yesterday morning, and deicded to go to a computer fair to 'price' up some upgrades. Please note the term 'price' I got there, went in, walked around, saw the stuff I wanted, came back, told mum in the car (what? You think I'd let her come in with me?!) and she thought about it. I shown her the stuff, and she bought it! Over £350 worth of computer equipment. Oh boy, this makes Ang real happy. Heres what I got: Intel Pentium 4 Processor - 2.2 GHz New motherboard New power supply unit 256 Mb of RAM some CD cases. Damn this thing is fast, although the 30Gb hard drive was probably damaged when I took everthing out, so my old 4.3Gb is in now, and I lost EVERYTHING!!!! All my Norns, exported and still in the game, all my sites, Norn World that I needed to upload, argh! I don't know whats wrong with it, so I'm going to install all this stuff first and see how I go from there. Happy days. Oh yeah, we're getting Sky Digial tomorrow. Yay :D |
